13 LET’S LOOK AT THE SCHEDULES…
They will be received on the last day of school, along with criteria information Advanced and Skills classes will be determined based on the following criteria: Grades from Marking Periods 1, 2, and 3 DRA Score/Envision Comprehensive Exam Writing Sample/Open-ended Math Sample Decisions can be appealed if the student is within 2 points of the required score and must be done prior to the first week in August

14 Check out the lockers… All students will be assigned a school locker by the second day of school Student must supply his/her own lock Master locks are recommended Do not share combinations Practice over the summer Write combination on bday in agenda Encourage child to bring home unused items seasonally

15 HOME & SCHOOL ASSOCIATION
Please get involved! Typically meetings are every other month at 7:00 pm Very supportive of BMS with regard to trips, Field Day, and the 8th grade dance, t- shirts, breakfast, etc.
