After you take the notes and draw the pictures you will be given a test. Each question is worth 10 points. You will need to write on your test paper what the picture represents and what the percentage or fraction of water can be found there.

Be prepared to take a test with just the picture.

Earth is a water planet. More than 75 percent of the Earth’s surface is covered with water. Powered by the Sun and geothermal energy, Earth’s water cycles from one source to another. Our human culture is centered around the use of water sources.
Earth’s water resources are divided into various storage areas called reservoirs.
