2 Voting Requirements Can the people Vote in Germany? At what age?.
Germany citizens are allowed to vote at the age of 18 and older.

3 Republic And vocabulary
The republic is not the same as the republic form. Republic is a form government alliances which the power resides in the people. Oligarchy-a small group of people having control of a country, organization, or institution Democracy-a system of government by the whole population or all the eligible members of a state, typically through elected representatives. Unitary-forming a single or uniform entity. Confederation-an organization that consists of a number of parties or groups united in an alliance or league. .

4 More Vocabulary Parliamentary- A parliamentary system is a system of democratic governance of a state in which the executive branch derives its democratic legitimacy from, and is held accountable to, the legislature. Presidential- A presidential system is a republican system of government where a head of government is also head of state and leads an executive branch that is separate from the legislative branch. Head Of Government- Head of government is a generic term used for either the highest, or second highest, official in the executive branch of a sovereign state. Dictatorship- a country governed by a dictator Federal- having or relating to a system of government in which several states form a unity but remain independent in internal affairs. Chief Of State- the titular head of a nation as distinct from the head of the government

5 What Is Germany Germany has the largest population of any EU country. Its territory stretches from the North Sea and the Baltic in the north to the Alps in the south and is traversed by some of Europe's major rivers such as the Rhine, Danube and Elbe. Germany is a federal republic. The lawmakers at the national level are the Bundestag , whose members are elected every four years by popular vote.

What does it do for the world? What Countries Are In The European Union? The countries that are in EU are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. The EU is a unique economic and political partnership between 28 European countries that together cover much of the continent. The EU makes sure members act consistently in regional, agricultural and social policies. The EU is funded by contributions of €120 billion a year from member states.

7 HEAD OF GOVERNMENT federal chancellor heads the federal government and thus the executive branch of the federal government. He or she is elected by and responsible to the Germany's parliament. Freedom And Rights Human rights in Germany are protected extensively by the Government. The country has ratified most international human rights treaties. Freedom of speech is guaranteed by the constitution. However, (incitement of the people) is a crime, defined as spreading hate against or insult against a part of the population.

8 Role Of Citizens The role that citizens play in Germany is to vote for a new government. System Of Government ~ The federal legislative authority is those members are elected through a combination of direct election and proportional representation. ~ They also have first and second chamber for the elected government

9 Form of Leadership The form of leadership in Germany is to respect Germany and help it become a new brand state. Citizens are able to help the country by finding goods that Germany need and help it become a better country to live in.
