2 What is Netprem.com ? Netprem.com is a service (or solution) that enables sending of registered mail by electronic means As „ordinary“ registered mail the Netprem.com registered provides proof of mail delivery. And even more – Netprem.com ensures confirmation and proof that recipient has opened the message or document ! Receipeint does not need to be subscribed to the Netprem.com service ! Provides support to fully electronic business – singing contracts, sending of invoices, etc.

3 What is Netprem.com ? Sender can get the receipt and the proof of delivery for every sent message and document : That the document was sent That the document was delivered to the recipient That the recipeint has opened the message / document All messages and proofs are prepared following the REM ETSI TS standard, that is the international standard for postal registered delivery. All messages and proofs are timestamped and signed with electronic certificates All messages and documents can be electronically signed and encrypted by the sender.

4 What documents can be sent ?
Any message or document can be sent using Netprem.com, e.g. PDF, DOC, XLSX, TXT, XML, JPG, ZIP, etc. Documents and messages can be sent: with clients – e.g. Outlook, Mozilla, etc. using Netprem.com Web GUI using Web services – e.g. direct integration with ERP system like SAP, Oracle, proprietary ERP, etc. or from different web portals (Customer Care, Marketing, etc. ).

5 Sending directly from the ERP
Company can use a Netprem.com client which enables quick and simple integration with internal DMS, ERP, CRM systems or with different company web portals. Using Netprem.com client, the company can create automatic export and delivery of different documents (e.g. promotions, contracts, annexes, invoices, invoice, delivery notes, etc. ) directly from web portals or internal systems (ERP, CRM, etc.). Also the recipient can do the automatic import of data into its own systems – e.g. ERP using web services, NetPRem client, client, etc.

6 Sending directly from the ERP
A huge number of documents (e.g. marketing material, contracts, annexes, notes, invoices) can be sent in a very short period of time – many ten thousand per hour! Company saves time and reduces costs on printing, paper, enveloping and on regular post office costs. The whole process is automatic which means a lot less mistakes, complaints and reprocessing (resending). Faster, cheaper, more reliable, better!

7 eArchive Netprem.com enables storing of all types of documents in safe e-Archive. NetPrem eArchive can be used as stand-alone (without NetPrem service).
