Add CompanyName from Companies table, IndustryName from Industries table and DataYear from Rankings.
Insert the calculated field in next empty column
Design->Query Setup group->Builder
AdjustedRevenue: [Rankings.Revenue]*[CPIFactors.CPIFactor]
AdjustedProfit: [Rankings.Profit]*[CPIFactors.CPIFactor]
Format the calculated fields as currecy with no decimal places.
Sort by CompanyName and DataYear in Ascending Order. Run the Query and save it as Query 5A.

Add Rankings table
Add DataYear, Revenue, Profit, Revenue, Profit and Rankings.
Design ribbon->Show/Hide group-> Total.
Change Group by to Sum for first Revenue and Profit; and Average for next Revenue and Profit; Where for Ranking.
Give >=1 And <=10 as criteria for Ranking field.
Uncheck the show box for Ranking field.
Sort by Year in Ascending order.

Rename the Pivot table sheet as Bank Revenue Table
Drag DataYear to Row Labels/Axis Fields, CompanyName to Column Labels/Legend Fields, AdjustedRevenue to Value Field.
