2 Hardware CPU: The part of the computer that does most of the data processing. RAM: RAM is made up of small memory chips that form a memory module. These modules are installed in the RAM slots on the motherboard of your computer.

3 Hardware RCM: Reliability-Centred Maintenance, often known as RCM, is an industrial improvement approach focused on identifying and establishing the operational, maintenance, and capital improvement policies that will manage the risks of equipment failure most effectively. DVD: Stands for "Digital Versatile Disc." It can also stand for "Digital Video Disc," but with the mulitple uses of DVDs, the term "Digital Versatile Disc" is more correct.

4 Hardware Phablet: A smartphone having a screen which is intermediate in size between that of a typical smartphone and a tablet computer. SSD: Stands for "Solid State Drive." An SSD is a type of mass storage device similar to a hard disk drive (HDD).

5 Hardware Tablet: A tablet, or tablet PC, is a portable computer that uses a touchscreen as its primary input device. Motherboard: The motherboard is the main circuit board of your computer and is also known as the mainboard or logic board.

6 Hardware Peripheral Device: A computer peripheral is any external device that provides input and output for the computer. Mobile Device: A mobile device is a small, handheld computing device, typically having a display screen with touch screen.

7 Software Drivers: A driver, or device driver, is a software program that enables a specific hardware device to work with a computer's operating system. Applications: An application, or application program, is a software program that runs on your computer.

8 Software Programming Languages: A programming language is a set of commands, instructions, and other syntax use to create a software program. Bytes: A byte is a unit of measurement used to measure data.

9 Software Bit: A bit (short for "binary digit") is the smallest unit of measurement used to quantify computer data. Short Cuts: a shortcut is a computer desktop icon that enables a user to easily see and select a particular program or data.

10 Software GUI: Stands for "Graphical User Interface," and is pronounced "gooey." It refers to the graphical interface of a computer that allows users to click and drag objects with a mouse instead of entering text at a command line. Command Line: Commands that a user types in order to run an application.

11 Other HTML: HyperText Markup Language (HTML) is the main markup language for creating web pages and other information that can be displayed in a web browser. Wifi: Wi-Fi is the name of a popular wireless networking technology that uses radio waves to provide wireless high-speed Internet and network connections. Cyber Citizen: A person online.

12 Other The internet: A vast computer network linking smaller computer networks worldwide. Web 2.0: Web 2.0 describes web sites that use technology beyond the static pages of earlier web sites.
