Create a Counselor/Principal Management Agreement
Using data (needs assessments, SIT meeting notes, advisory council feedback, test scores, discipline records, etc) create a yearly plan for what you want to do and how you are going to do it!

12. Schedule A Principal Meeting
Once you have prepped, request a meeting during a time when the principal is distraction free.
Approach with an open mind and understand that you may have to comprise
