Usage is by invitation only! Agencies need to determine staff person(s) that will be submitting deliverables. DAODAS will send out an in May/June requesting names and addresses. Once we receive names/ addresses DAODAS will generate invitations from Box Enterprise and set up agency staff accounts as uploaders. Any changes/additions in agency staff must be requested from Tiffany Jackson at

4. Once you receive the Box invitation in your e-mail you have to set up a username and a password.

8. Upload Process
All reports need to be completed before upload. No revisions can be made once the report is uploaded.
Once documents are uploaded the system will track the date they were received.

Click on Files and browse for the document on your computer
A brief message will show up that the file is being encrypted before it uploads.

11. Prevention Deliverables Collected outside of Box Enterprise
The following information will continue to be collected for Prevention outside of Box Enterprise:
Prevention Service data will still be entered monthly into IMPACT/Mosaix System
AET Data will still be entered monthly in the AET reporting system and IMPACT
SYNAR paperwork will continue to be sent in via mail or hand delivered to DAODAS following published guidelines provided during the training for the SYNAR study
The DAODAS Standard Survey will be sent in via mail or hand delivered to DAODAS-deadlines are as follows:
All prevention programs using the DAODAS Standard Survey that are administered July- December are required to submit their data to DAODAS by January 15th. All prevention programs using the DAODAS Standard Survey that are administered January-May are required to submit their data to DAODAS by June 1st.
