Coaching will take place via phone, with one person or a group. Angela and she will put you in touch with Suzanne to schedule your coaching slot.

Think of this presentation as a dry run for doing one back at your clinic to keep your SNAP-LA work moving forward. At 7 minutes, we will sound the ending music Each team will have 10 minutes. Depending on how close your presentation is to the 7-minute limit, you may have time to get feedback from your peers in the room and faculty, to help make your pitch and presentation even stronger. What has changed in how your clinic approaches data? Remember to consider the “Triple Aim of Data Governance” and “People, Process, and Technology” frameworks when answering this question. If possible, it would be great to use pictures, graphics, symbols etc. side by side to illustrate the answer to the question. There’s another slide layout that allows for two graphics one on top of the other if that works better. You can also just use text.
