We also have with us... They are …in Oriflame and they are here to offer their support throughout the day. DO YOU KNOW THE POWER OF OUR MIND?
To start with the module on success plan, we will be doing on exercise on the power of visualization. The exercise is as follows: The trainer will ask all the SM club members to first observe and then duplicate what she/he does. So we ask them to stand straight and assume that our foot is glued to the floor. Now we are raising are right hand in front and keeping it straight(Sm club members only observe as of now). Now without moving the legs, we are moving our hands to the left side as far as we can. Then where ever we reach, take a mental picture of the image we see. Now, we ask them to do what the trainer did. The second step is we ask them to close the eyes, and then do the same thing but this time they reach the position where they reached before and mentally move 3 steps more(Without moving any body parts). Now we ask them to open the eyes. And again try to move the hands towards far left and try to reach the new image that they reached mentally. Surprisingly everyone will move 2 or 3 steps more. That’s the power of vizualization. What does this exercise tell us? It tells us the power of our mind. It tells us….. (Go to the next slide)

“Everything is created Twice” “Once in our Mind” “And Once in reality” How to create the blue print of reality. Everything in our life is created twice. “Once in our mind and once in reality”. We need to see the things that we don’t have today through our mind’s eye. Believe in getting it in future. Imagine how would it be to have it with you. Imagine as if you got it already. If you are able to imagine it is possible. Which is dreams are very powerful. Dreams are the seeds of our future. Therefore “instead of seeing things and asking “why”? Dream the things that never were and ask “why not”?. “Instead of seeing things and asking “WHY?”, Dream things that never were; and ask “WHY NOT?” ”

What are we seeing on the screen…. Rain right… what is the symptom of rain?.... “Dark clouds” right… Whenever you see a dark cloud u can assume that rain follows shortly… like wise in our life, the symptom for success is “having big dreams” … Success will follow your dream like how rain follows dark cloud……. Dreams make us chase the excellence; compete with self and bring out the best. It also gives us the direction and purpose in life. It helps identify what we really want. It also empowers us to act, react and counteract to various situations and get things done. When we are on a mission to fulfill our dreams, passion and energy will follow us like rain following the dark cloud. Living without dream is not living at all. Without dreams, all you’re left with is reality.

DREAMS We all have dreams; But it is our choice whether to wake up from sleep and act on our dreams or to continue sleeping and enjoy our dreams. “If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Which choice you want to take?..... I m sure the first choice… That’s why we are here in the first place! … We believe in our dreams… But what about people around us… sometimes they can put us down and discourage dreaming. They might say don’t try to “Build castle in the air”. To those you should tell… There is no problem to build the castle in the air… that’s where they should be… now we just need to put the foundation for our dreams…. Let’s identify & visualize our Dreams…
1. IDENTIFY YOUR DREAM A Luxury Villa in a hill station/beach side where you can rest. Let’s identify & visualize our Dreams… Dream Sheet Exercise Travel to exotic locations of the world E I F L T O W R S Look at all these different things… which one when you see, hear, talk about it resonates with you…. Which one of it you feel you deserve and you can’t do without it… which is it? “How about you’re in your own holiday resort in a hill station and out of the balcony you get a nice view of a plateau and a beautiful lake! How many would like to wake up in such a wonderful morning?.... How about relaxing your week end in a beach house facing the tides… you are resting near by the pool side of the house in a nice cozy chair and enjoying the see breeze…. How about travelling to exotic destinations? Notes for presenter: on this slide we need to provide them an A4 sheet with sketch pens/color pencils/water color and give them 10 mins to draw on the A4 sheet what they’re dreaming about. 2. ADD DETAILS First thing you need to do is to put a “Zoom” camera on your dream. Draw your “dream house” How many Sq.ft ? What color paint ? What dimensions ? What plants in your garden? Which pet animal to guard your home Once you identify your dream, hold on to it… then put a “zoom” camera on it.. For eg: If your dream is to build house…. Then you need a blue print of your house… And details like sketch of the house, dimensions, color of your house, pet animals you would like to keep, plants you want in the garden etc… This step is very important… if you do not believe in your dream you won’t be able to clearly picture your dream and add details to it.. “And the more clearer your dreams are the more certain your efforts will be to achieve them” That’s why we need very clear dream. “The clearer your dream is; the more certain for you to achieve it” - Seneca

3. DUE DATE Fix the “Due Date” for your goal.
“The Goal that you have needs a Time frame so that you can start making plans for achieving it”. EG: Goal- To qualify for foreign trip Deadline Gold conference (Now you know you need 19 conference points by the end of march 2013) Most people do the first two steps and then they skip this important step. We need to add a due date for your dream. That makes it even more certain. That’s shows the confidence that you have in yourself in fulfilling your dream. Also a due date gives us an idea how much efforts we need to put by when.. It acts as a guideline to measure your progress. Any goal that do not have a due date not qualifies as a goal. Because “a goal without a time frame is like a running a large circular track to find its end”. Without a time frame the desire loses its value. “A goal without a time frame is like running a circular track to find its end”

Diamond Director Dream house 4. CONVERTING DREAMS TO GOALS
Convert your dream to a goal by choosing the title that will help you fulfill your dream! Eg: Dream- Getting a dream house worth 50 lakhs in 4 years time Goal- Reaching Diamond Director level in Oriflame in 3years . Diamond Director The 4th step is to convert your dreams into goals. Once you add details and deadline to your dream it gives you an idea what level/title you need to reach to fulfill that dream. For eg: your dream is to get a dream house worth 50 lakhs in 4 years time. To enable yourself for that dream the ideal goal is – Reaching Diamond director level in Oriflame in 3 years because you start earning 2 lakhs a month. And your saving can increase faster with higher earnings. So you plan to become a director and create 6 managers below in the second year and develop them and make them as directors in the third year. Dream house

5. MAKING PLANS Making plans is the next step to fulfill our dreams. We need to make an yearly plan ideally in line with our dreams. Let us say that my dream is to earn one lakh a month and that’s why I joined in Oriflame. And I learnt that that income is possible in sapphire director level. I can start working for this goal from the day 1. my plan therefore is identify 4 people and work with them all the way till they become a directors. I will develop my plan of action for the same starting from the first month. I may not have any shining stars to start with. But I find 2 who want to grow. I support them and train them OOM flip chart. Then they start sharing Oriflame opportunity to many and soon become managers. In the meanwhile I still hunt for my next two shining stars. Take them through the same process once I find them. I support managers to conduct independent meetings. Once it is set. I focus on building a second core team in a different location and start the second L2. My focus on my downline’s leadership makes me grow faster to my dream. What would have taken years if I had focused on my growth is now possible since I m focusing on my downlines growth.

6. SUSTAINED ACTION Do the right actions every day.
Talk to 3 new people! Recruit every catalogue. Increase your customer base Sustained action means consistent efforts towards our dreams. Doing the right things every day. Sticking to the basics. It all means only 3 things in our business. 1. Talk to 3 new people every day, because new people are heart of our business …. 2. Recruit every catalogue. Recruitment should be a habit. Not a seasonal activity. 3. Increase your customer base. Because your customers will be your natural choice for recruiting. As they become consultants your customer base will shrink. Hence you need to simultaneously focus on increasing customer base.

Or You can Re-strategize Please remember that what ever we plan may not happen in reality. To fail is common; but we can always choose how to react to it. 1. foremost and most common reaction is to feel deject and give up. It is an easy option but not the best one. 2. The second reaction is to keep trying. Perseverance can sometimes solve your problems. But its again not the best solution. 3. Best solution is to re-strategize. Think about the situation.. Look not where you fell but where you slipped.

8. MOTIVATION “Lot’s of things that couldn’t be done have been done”.
Motivation is something that lies inside us; It needs constant nurturing. You can resort to motivational quotes, talks, shows, books etc. to regain your lost energy and to add more vigor to it. “Lot’s of things that couldn’t be done have been done”. Motivation is the most important thing to reach our goals. It is something that lies inside us. No one can motivate you if you are not self motivated to ful fill your dream. But even if you are self motivated, it needs constant nurturing. There is an old saying that says “ Fulfilling dreams are like growing a small plant. You need to water it, nurture it, protect through the bad times and tough times for it to see the sun shine which will always come if you don’t quit”…. It will come…. So it’s important you stay motivated until you become successful.

Then why are we working for a lower level as a goal anyway.. When you focus on a bigger goal and start working towards it, it makes you successful. SUCCESS PLAN The beauty of our success plan is that one can choose which title they want to focus and start working towards it from the day 1. If your dream is to get yourself a luxurious BMW car, all you need is 12 consultants who would like to get their first cash award. Keep recruiting and keep and keep inspiring them for SM title. “No general can fight his battle alone. He must depend on his soldiers, and his success depends upon his ability to choose the right man for the right place”- Philip Armour. The beauty in our success plan is that you can choose the most attractive level and start working towards it from the day one. For eg: you can work towards having a Mercedes Benz which comes at Sr.President level. For that you need 24 lines. So first you seek 24 consultants and you become a manager. And then you motivate them to sponsor 3 each and then you become a senior manager. Hendry ford said , “ it is quite easier to break the big tasks into small jobs and do the small jobs well the big ones tend to take care of themselves”. Do the small job very well. Recruit more people. And make them recruit. These two small jobs can take care of your big titles.

An important lesson to realize our dreams Story of the turtle
A turtle family went on a picnic. The Turtles being naturally slow about things, took seven years to prepare for the picnic. Finally they left home looking for a suitable place.During the second year of their journey, they found a place. For about six months, they cleaned the area, unpacked the picnin basket and completed all the arrangements. Then they discovered they had forgotten salt. A Picnic without salt would be a disaster. After a lengthy discussion, the youngest turtle was chosen to retrieve the salt from home. Althouh he was the fastest of the slow moving turtles, he whined, cried and made a fuss to go. He agreed to go on one condition: that no one would eat until he returned. The family consented and the little turtle left. Three years passed and the little turtle had not returned. Five years.....six years then in the seventh year of his absence, the oldest turtle could no longer contan his hunger. He announcecd that he is going to eat and he unwrapped a sandwich. At that point the little turtle suddenly popped out from behind a tree shouting, SEE I know you wouldn't wait for me; now I'm not going to get the salt. Moral of the story: 1. We waste our time waiting for our people to live up to our expectations. We are so concerend about what other are doing and we don't do anything ourselves. We focus more on others than our own self. "If you want to fulfill your dreams, then don't waste time expecting the wrong one to bring the salt for you". 2. Many times we don't win the trust of our people around. Without which we cannot move forward to realize our dreams.

IMPORTANT DEFINITIONS
Start – Any individual signing a Consultant Application Form (CAF) and getting a consultant number and a starter kit is known as a Start. Qualified Recruit – Any new consultant placing their first order of minimum 100 BP within 30 days of joining is known as a qualified recruit. Sales force –Any consultant placing a BP order at least once in 3 months becomes a part of the sales force. Personal group –All consultants besides a breakaway group(21%) become a part of the personal group.

Immediate Income is the difference between Catalogue Price and Consultant price. Example – Catalogue Price =125 Consultant Price =100 Immediate Income = =25 Rs. MONTHLY INCOME Monthly Incomes are calculated on Personal Group Business Volume PGBV 1 BP = 31 BV (Business Volume) In Oriflame, every product carries certain points. Every time a consultant or her group places their order, points get accumulated in their account. Hence; Higher Sales = Higher points = Higher Earnings and Higher TITLES! A generates only: 4,000 (BP) x 31 (BV) x 4% = Rs. 4,960 A has to give Minimum Guarantee to her upline: 10,000 (BP) x 31 (BV) x 4% = Rs. 12,400 A forgoes Rs 12,400 – Rs. 4,960 = Rs. 7,440 which are passed on to up-line A will in total get: Rs 13,640– Rs. 7,440 = Rs. 6,200 Minimum Guarantee has to be given to the upline and is always taken as 10,000 in the current scenario (BP:BV = 1:31) Note: The BV ratio changes often – so the amount of Bonus may differ form year-to-year.
