Talk it through with them first. Think about the language you use on the phone to support your student. 2.Pedagogical consideration: Collaborate with parents to find out what route they like the child to take and which is the best gate to leave from. 3.Operation on CoMe: Create a PT, from each gate, that the child can access guiding them through step-by-step on ”What is the route home from this place ”. You would be advised to take photos of each of the gates and may be some of the key things on the route from one gate to the gate from which the child should leave. 4.Operation on CoMe: Create a reward for getting home successfully and set goals with the child. 5.Pedagogical work: Practice with the child. Duration: 1 hour practicing and taking photos + 30 minutes on CoMe.

However the Open question format requires greater ICT and writing skills as the child will have to type in their answer to the question you have posed using the keyboard on the phone. 4.Evaluate your efforts using report function on CoMe. 5.It may help to go to the following related tunnels: Level 1: Independence training Level 1: Social skills are used everywhere – so is Hands Level 2: Travel Level 2: How to behave if a stranger talks to you See overview of tunnels ”Which pedagogical challenges can HANDS work with?”Which pedagogical challenges can HANDS work with?
