Females Average weight = 179 with a standard deviation of Average BMI = with a standard deviation of 2.07. Average nutrition rating = 2.38 out of 5 and had a standard deviation of 0.51. While conducting a T-test, the weight correlation between pre and post-test was , BMI correlation and nutrition rating Males Average weight = with a standard deviation of Average BMI = with a standard deviation of 5.05. Average nutrition rating = 2.87 out of 5 and had a standard deviation of 0.64. While conducting a T-test, the weight correlation between pre and post-test was .0024, BMI correlation and nutrition rating

8 Results Chart Overall Average weight = 223.03
Average BMI = with a Average nutrition rating = 3 out of 5

9 Results Graphs

10 Discussion Male group had more of a significant change and improved than the female group when comparing the pre-test and post-test weight loss. Overall, the program showed significant results since they are less than .05 in the post assessment. For the female group, there was no real change between the nutrition rating pre and post since the T test was compared to for the male group because the value is higher than .01.

11 Next Steps and Evaluation
Suggest additional research into the female group since the nutrition rating had no significant change. Providing a nutrition plan for various calorie level brackets, in addition to monitoring, would be beneficial. Image source:
