29 Personnel Requirements
Project Specific Safety Plan (Compliant Safety Plan) Training: All workers must have valid OSHA 10 hour training card within the prior 12 months. Training: All supervisory personnel are required to have valid OSHA 30 hour training as a minimum. Substance Abuse Program: All individuals must have a valid CCS or reciprocal program card. Substance Abuse Program: All substance abuse tests must have been completed not longer than 7 days prior to beginning work on site.
