The University is soliciting proposals for Construction Management Services for the New Data Center, WSU Project
For the purposes of this proposal, a total construction budget of $10, has been presumed

Mandatory Pre-bid meeting - December 20, 2016 at 11:00 am.
Questions due to Procurement & Strategic Sourcing – January 5, Noon
Delivery of Proposals - January 17, 2017 by 2:00 pm
Time of Completion - Open Fall of 2018 pending bridge construction
Short List Announced Week of January 26, 2017
Post Bid Interviews tentatively scheduled for January 30- February 10, 2017
Selection during the Week of February 15, 2017
Contract Negotiations and Execution Week of February 27, 2017

8. Bids Due

We require an original plus five copies (6 total) of your proposal.

Proposals are limited to 30 pages total, one sided.
Prices and other requested data must be on Schedule C.1, Fee Proposal, and Schedule C.2, Level of Effort
Proposals must acknowledge all Addenda including Prebid Meeting Minutes

9. Project Schedule
Schematic Design Development Completion February 24, 2017
Design Development Completion April 7, 2017
Construction Document Completion May 19, 2017
GMP Change Order Completion of DD by April 28, 2017
Construction beginning no later than July 31, 2017
Final Completion October 31, 2018
