Construction Type: Concrete columns, walls, with concrete post-tension floors (Non-combustible)
Suppression: Sprinklers (Ordinary Hazard Spacing)
Manual Suppression: Standpipe System with 2-1/2 inch hose valve (>65psi at highest point)
Detection: Induct smoke detection, every floor on supply and return, elevator smoke detection
Notification: Voice Alarm System including Live Voice Paging
Fire Department Communication (Radio)
South Stairwell enclosed, 2 hour fire barrier to ensure safe egress
