► data in WinTen 2+ is missing or incorrect ► Checked by WinTen 2+ when certification is finalized ● Tenant ID ► Last Name or Birthdate does not match the SSN on file with SSA ► SSN, Last Name or Birthdate is incorrect in WinTen 2+ ● Record Match ► Wrong transaction or date is submitted to PIC ► Records must be sent in correct order based on Effective Date Annual Re-Exam Certification Effective Date: 8/31/2016 End of Participation Certification Effective Date: 8/15/2016

● Matthew’s SSN does not match SSN on file at SSA. ● Pull SS card from file and review it. Correct it in WinTen 2+ if applicable. Otherwise, tenant must contact SSA to correct problem.

● Last annual HQS inspection is > 24 months prior to this record. ● Review inspection file and enter current annual inspection in WinTen 2+.

90 8- Correct PIC Errors Record Match Error
● Household had EOP from other PHA, but you sent a Port In from your PHA. ● Change the Port In to a New Admission.

91 8- Correct PIC Errors Field Data Error
● Next Annual Re-exam is > 13 months later. ● Change Re-exam date to 12 months.

92 8- Correct PIC Errors To correct a certification, choose Correct or Void Certification from Big Actions menu.

● Click Next button.
