7 Complicity in the Holocaust
Julia is being bullied by a classmate, Sam. Their teacher, Mr. Smith, hears Sam saying mean things to Julia but does nothing to stop the bullying. Julia’s friend Alex tries to help, but Sam threatens to beat her up so Alex backs off. George is another student in the class who sees everything happen but stays out of the situation. Rate each of the people in the scenario above from most to least responsible for what is happening to Julia.
