IT Access Request
Note: you will use this process to request modification of an existing SAP user (Sun Chemical employee)

3. IT Access Request
Logon to
Select “IT Access Requests”
If you receive a logon prompt, please provide your active directory logon name (FirstName.LastName) and the password you use for logging into your computer

4. IT Access Request
Select “Sun Chemical/DIC Employee” Click “NEXT”

5. IT Access Request
Search and find the user that needs to be modified. You can search for users by SAP ID or first name or last name. e.g. search by first name
Select the user from the list

6. IT Access Request
Verify the data for user ID and if correct, click “Yes, it is the correct user”

7. IT Access Request
Select “SAP (Portal and ECC)”, click “Next”

8. IT Access Request
Select the applicable SAP systems from the drop down list. e.g. RP1 and RQ1 are selected in the screenshot below

9. IT Access Request
Select a “Reason for Change of Access” from the dropdown list, click “Next”

Please provide the SAP transactions OR roles required If you know the required SAP Transactions, enter them below, click “Next” and Go to page 16 for further instructions If you do not know the SAP transactions and would like to search for roles by role name or transactions, please see next page

Search and find available SAP roles

If you are searching for roles by role name, enter the role name and click “Search”. You can use partial role names with an “*” to search all available roles. Select the required roles from the list and click “Add Roles”

If you are searching for roles by SAP Transactions, enter the transaction and search for available roles. Select the required roles from the list and click “Add Roles”

The selected roles will be added to the role table as shown below:

If necessary, please provide additional details in the “Additional Details” section to help the Role Owners reviewing your request

If you have any additional supporting documents, attach them to the request using the “Attachment” button. Enter any additional details or type “None” in the section below, and click “Next”

17. IT Access Request
Click “SUBMIT” to submit the request :

Make a note of the Request number for future references :
