Thank you to Hasbro Toys and the Giffault Family for the large toy donation
We will be getting costumes this month once we have money
Meetings ARE biweekly
This one was just necessary because next week we start all events so I wanted to give everyone the opportunity to see everything happening before we next meet

4. T-Shirt Order/Fundraiser
Still waiting on T-Shirt approval so do not worry about that for right now; if we are going on visits and you do not have a T-Shirt just wear a Quinnipiac Shirt/TShirt

5. QTHON We’ve created a team
everyone please sign up who wants to participate
(doesn’t just have to be QTHON committee members)
$10 to register
Each person’s individual goal is $100 I believe is the minimum so once you register you can share your link on FB with family and friends and they can donate to your participation

6. Friday, October 13th: Apple Picking Fundraiser
Drazen Orchards in Cheshire, CT
Friday of parents’ weekend
4:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Farm stand is open as well selling: Pumpkins, pies, apple cider, plants etc.
Small Bag: $15
Large Bag: $25
Cash or Credit accepted!
All money raised goes to us and we will use towards donations to RMDH & personal organization use

7. Sunday, October 22nd: Chipotle Fundraiser
Chipotle in Hamden, CT
Start advertising next week
5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
50% of proceeds go to us to go to RMDH
Get friends and yourselves to go

8. Contacting
I am not ing on a regular basis so no one is not on the list
If I ed you the wrong committee information it is probably just a mistake so shoot me a text or on my personal and I will fix that
If I did not you the information, it is because you either forgot to press save submit at the end or it did not go through, so just me on my personal and I will add you

9. Forms/Information
All of the information you need is uploaded to Do You QU and FB.
Calendars, travel waiver (which needs to be filled out for all off campus visits), YNHH & CCMC applications, Powerpoints, YNHH Group Visit One time form is all on DO YOU QU, so if you don’t have them they are on there

10. YNHH Group Visit Committee & YNHH + CCMC Regular Visit Committees
In order to participate in the YNHH Group Visit Committee you MUST get a flu shot or you cannot go.
They do them free at school so I have attached the flyer with dates you can get them all before the visits and on all campuses
I encourage both regular volunteer committees to as well you will most likely be required to anyway

11. QTHON Committee QTHON FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL ON THE QUAD
Wednesday, October 11th: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Because you're on QTHON Committee I would expect everyone to go if you can and I encourage other committee members to go as well.
