Now answer this final question: Q: You get really annoyed and frustrated when you are told there will be 20 questions and actually there are only 18.  Very True  Somewhat True  False How do you feel now? Score for somewhat and very trues added together What it says about you and stress 0-7 You're cool, calm and collected. Nothing ruffles your feathers and stressed out is just not in your vocabulary. Good for you! Consider yourself lucky and just chill, after all it's what you do best. 8-12 For the most part you're cool, calm and collected. Not much ruffles your feathers. If something does get under your skin there is usually good reason and you rarely fly of the handle without cause. That's great. You know how to keep piece of mind but you don't live in denial. Keep doing what you do and stress will never get the best of you. 13-18 Stress is definitely starting to get to you and this is not healthy. When we feel stressed it is often because we feel out of control in some aspect of our lives and this leaves us feeling overwhelmed and discontented. To combat the damaging effects of stress make sure you have an outlet like exercise or art and worry less about gaining control of the situation and more about gaining control of your reations. We can't control the world. We can't control other people. We can control how we react to those around us and in doing this we can beat stress. Good luck!

6 What is Stress On your own do the quiz In pairs:
