8 Demonstration of Agronomic practices

9 Resource allocation and monitoring mechanism established
In season monitoring mechanisms at district and state HQ are established Funds for meeting contingency situations from state plans apportioned in Bihar Allocation of fund from ongoing Govt. Schemes to meet contingency situations 8
