12 Evening activities During the evenings children can
play in the common room or games room. Games room has table tennis and table football, this is the noisy activity room! Common room is for quiet relaxation, we provide quiet activities and games to play. We also have a ‘film’ night with cocoa and biscuits!

13 Supervision Children are supervised at all times.
During the activity sessions they will be in a group with a designated adult. If it is a centre led activity, (climbing or canoeing) staff from the centre will lead the session but the designated St Michaels adult will also be with them. At night the centre doors are locked and secure.

14 Clothing: What to bring
You have been provided with a kit list. Please make sure your child has lots of socks and dry, comfy clothing (jogging bottoms, fleeces, socks, socks, socks, socks and loads more socks!!!) The centre will provide everything for outdoors; Waterproofs Wellies Old trainers

15 Valuables and home contact
Please do not allow your child to bring valuables with them (I pods, mobile phones, game-boys etc) These items are not insured by school, risk becoming lost or broken and children will not have time to use them! You will be provided with a 24 hour contact number to the centre for emergency use only. Staff feel that camp provides opportunities for children to become increasingly independent, with that in mind, children will not be given the opportunity to ring home.
