Strategy Vision: To augment the membership experience by providing the FM professional networking resources, education, benchmarking, and shared practices on an on-going basis. Mission: To provide a medium for advancement of the objectives of the Association for facility management personnel in the utilities industry. Council Excellence Continue leader succession plan and development of committees for each VP position. Continue use of balanced scorecard Establish guidelines for reimbursing board members, speakers, and key support staff for travel expenses and waiver of meeting costs. Member Engagement Drive for more involvement and active engagement of membership Maintain & grow a culture that instills long term member value Conduct annual membership survey Promote the use of IFMA community Create & grow UC group on Linkedin. Update and increase user friendliness of Website. Education & Scholarships Hold four webinars per year Target sites for spring meetings that have utility hosts Continue Benchmarking and best practice sharing Provide and engage members with opportunities that expand and leverage their collective knowledge and experiences 2015 – 25 year anniversary - $25k in scholarships

Balanced scorecard Establish guidelines for reimbursements Measure Committee formed under each VP position Scorecard and Strategy is updated annually Creation of written guidelines for reimbursements for board members, speakers, special guest Target Each VP position has an identified successor Measures and Targets are achieved. Written guidelines are approved and in place for the board to follow.

Target 10% improvement in attendance 10% improvement in attendance & 2% growth in Council membership. 30% participation in survey. Community discussions are a frequent occurrence. Linkedin group is used and it is a regular form of communication. Membership survey results have an 80% approval scoring of website.

All spring meetings have a local utility member host. 10% increase in participation in benchmarking and meetings. Meeting overall survey score of 4.5 or higher. 10% increase in participation. $25k in scholarships is awarded at WW 2015 in Denver
