4 Managing Event Registrations
To manage your event registrations, hover over the event name from the event list, select the three bar menu, and selecting “Manage Registrations.” This area contains access to many administrative actions you’ll use to manage your event, such as: Event Registrant List Event Options Export lists Event Registrant List Webinar Title

7 Editing Member Registrations
Can be done from the event registrant list. When might you edit a registration? What happens if a member forgets to sign in to the site when they register for an event? 8 Access the name badge list from the Event Options menu
Event Name Badges Pre-populated badges can be printed from the event options screen easily. QR Code on the badge can be scanned to check the registrant in for the event. How could you use YM tools to create your own custom name badges externally? 9 Access the waiting list data under the “Manage Registrations” screen.
Event Waiting List Shown on the front end event details page if the maximum number of registrants has been met. Enabled within events workflow under “Registration” section under event options. 10 Event Waiting List (cont.)
Managing the waiting list: Ordered by date/time added. Use the check-box to move someone to the bottom of the list. Uncheck them to move them back. Can be exported. Webinar Title
