Where will you find this information? Look at the syllabus and find the answer Breakdown: 45% Quizzes & Assignments 20% Participation (anything besides the poster that is not a Q&A) 35% Poster Presentation So what assignments go into the Quizzes & Assignments Grade?

Quiz #2: Searching the Literature Quiz #3: Tables and Graphs Exercise 7: Literature Search Final Topic Title Submission Article #1 Assignment Article #2 Assignment Note: “Article #3 Annotation Only Assignment” will be worth 20 participation points

6 Poster Grade More details will be provided later, but the general breakdown is as follows: Submission of the title for the Poster Session Program Booklet (5%) Oral presentation of the poster (15%) Final Poster (65%) Peer Review of two other posters (10%) Mini Review (5%)

9 Mini Review… What is it for?
You pull together your topic and resources to shows how all the pieces fit together. Demonstrates your understanding of the topic. your writing skills. your thorough preparation of your topic title during the first half of the semester. Topic cannot change without penalty Make the editorial comments indicated by your instructor regarding punctuation, wording etc. Do not add missing organisms, phenomena, etc. Meet with your instructor during the breakout (or later in the semester if necessary) for questions regarding appropriate modifications
