A listing of “every” member in the Auxiliary Name, Unit, Offices Held, and Qualifications Also includes a listing of many: DIRAUXs, OTOs, G-OCX staff A one-click listing of member/officer at all levels hp

4 You must request a password and an will be sent to you with the password. Uses same login/password as NTC/7029 Webform/7028 Webform) (Note this is a separate system from AUXDATA/AOM)

5 You can search for Names, Units, Officers, Qualifications

6 You can run Member Roster Reports which include Name, ID#, eMail, and Phone Numbers

7 Check the information and if changes are needed, click on link at bottom of screen

8 Lists Certifications Lists Online NTC Tests – Some like Ops Policy are not listed in AUXDATA or have not been loaded into AUXDATA yet

9 Skills Bank Detail on bottom of form
Need to make any corrections to Member Information and Skills bank detail, click on button to create 7028 Webforms

10 Make the changes and a copy will be sent to SO-IS and FSO-IS on record in AUXDATA.
The FSO-Is or SO-IS can then update AUXDATA with this information. Make any necessary changes and click on the bottom link “Submit Changes which go to FSO-IS or SO-IS

Need to log in with Member Zone Login Go to Incident Mgmt & Prep Directorate on National Website

21 District 7 Help Desk Certification/ REYR Hours/Exams/ Visits are based on AuxInfo. Cannot enter data in AUXDATA and request update until shows in AuxInfo

22 AOM (AUXDATA Order Management)
Missions are added into AUXDATA - OIA gives final approval/sent to FinCen Uses same User ID and Password as AUXDATA Permission to access AOM comes from Sector AUXLOs Problems with AOM – send in via National Help Ticket (not D7) Corrections after sent to AUXDATA – need to go to IS officer cannot fix in AOM.
