5. Future in Mind - Promoting resilience, prevention and early intervention
Promoting good mental wellbeing and resilience, by supporting children and young people and their families to adopt and maintain behaviours that support good mental health;
Preventing mental health problems from arising, by taking early action with children, young people and parents who may be at greater risk;
Early identification of need, so that children and young people are supported as soon as problems arise to prevent more serious problems developing wherever possible.

6. We said in our plan – Early Help and Prevention:
Every school and universal setting will have a named lead within its establishment
Each setting will have access to a ‘link work’ function who will have a specific mental health role - locally based, provide and facilitate local networks of support and link with wider early help provision
Establish a sense of offer, set clear guidance and create a menu of services
Provide training for the universal workforce and co-ordinate centrally, training that available across the partnership

7. We said in our plan – Accessibility:
Simplify the routes for those needing advice and help by moving to a genuine Single Point of Contact for requests for help, advice and referrals 
Invest recurrently in establishing and developing a unified, safe range of online support and treatment options for children, young people and families  
Improve the skills of staff in non-specialist mental health settings to identify, recognise, source and/or provide effective mental health support for children and young people
Commission additional targeted and specialist capacity, including better aligning and boosting existing capacity built into the Norfolk and Waveney system to assess and treat protected group – LAC, Domestic Abuse, Young Offenders and Young Carers 
Ensure that client/patient/family views feedback is captured, reported and reviewed robustly and regularly
