Post-Fellowship: Measuring the Impact
Retention Rate July 2002-July 2017: Retained 100 of 138 fellows post fellowship (72%). Promotion Rate July 2002 – June 2015: 76 retained, 39 promoted within 5 years 21 of the 39 were promoted more than once.
