IIHM has the distribution of pioneering India’s first culinary competition between students of class XI and XII from all over the country, “IIHM YOUNG CHEF INDIA SCHOOLS CONTEST”, with the grand finale being held every year at London and also of organizing the “Young Chef Olympiad”, a culinary competition hosting the best Young Chefs from 67 Countries, to be held in Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore in the last week of January Both these events are partnered by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, through its INCREDIBLE INDIA campaign.
We are delighted to announce that “ASIAN CARNIVAL FOOD FESTIVAL” is been organized by students of IIHM Ahmedabad on 16th December 2017, at the Amiraj Farm S.G HIGHWAY, Ahmedabad. We are cooking up an exciting menu that will take the foodies visiting the fest, on culinary trip of Asia, featuring 40 exclusive dishes on the buffet from Pan-Asian, Oriental and Indian cuisine, mocktaiks, variety of appetizers, international soups and salads, international breads and some exotic desserts. The festive mood shall be enhanced with Music, Dance, Games and various entertainments.
