Candidates will complete the entire psychological assessment battery provided by GBHEM online.
Assessment Packets will now be sent via E- Mail to mentors
Access to the 16PF, MMPI-2, and Adjective Checklist will be online
Monitor Agreement, Testing Situation Report, and Incomplete Sentences Blank are steps within the Psychological Assessment Track in UMCARES

3. UMCARES PLUS PRESENTATION

Mentors will submit the Request for Assessment Materials step within UMCARES.
The Candidacy and Psychological Assessment Coordinator will send an with the following to the mentor
MMPI-2: Access Link and Session Codes
16PF: Username and Password
Adjective Checklist: Access Link (if required)

4. UMCARES PLUS PRESENTATION
Digital MMPI-2
MMPI-2 now completed online, scantron forms already in circulation can be completed and scored
Mentors will receive an Access Link and a Session Code to use with their mentee. Click on the link and enter the Session Code and Captcha. Click on Validate
Candidate’s will then enter their information, and click Register and Start Test

5. UMCARES PLUS PRESENTATION
Digital MMPI-2 cont.
The candidate will complete the questions by selecting True or False similar to the paper copy of the MMPI-2
The Candidacy and Psychological Assessment Coordinator will regularly login to the administration dashboard and generate reports for all recently submitted MMPI-2s.
The generated reports will be uploaded into MAS review portal within UMCARES.

Incomplete Sentences Blank, Monitor’s Agreement, and Monitor’s Testing Situation Report are forms to be completed within UMCARES
The Monitor’s Agreement will be completed by the mentor before the candidate can access the Incomplete Sentences Blank

The Incomplete Sentences Blank will now be completed within UMCARES by the candidate.
This assessment is to be proctored by the monitor.
The Testing Situation Report is to be completed by the monitor once all assessments are completed

8. UMCARES PLUS PRESENTATION
Adjective Checklist (for Dr. Hinkle only)
The Adjective Checklist is an assessment required for candidates who will complete their assessment interview with Dr. Hinkle’s office.
Mentors will receive the link to the instrument.
Candidates will use their UMCARES username/ address to access the assessment.
Once they complete the assessment a notification will be sent to the Candidacy & Psychological Assessment Coordinator.
The results will be uploaded into the MAS review section of the candidate’s UMCARES profile.
