3. Introduction Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE)
PMKVY is the flagship scheme of the MSDE
Objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood.
Scheme is Approved for & is to benefit 10 Million Youth

In case a Training Centre doesn't have AEBAS, Conditional Accreditation may be awarded. However, the TC will need to get AEBAS installed within two months of Conditional Accreditation, else, Conditional Accreditation may be withdrawn

In case Training Centre doesn't have a trainer certified , Conditional Accreditation may be awarded. However, Centre will need to comply with this indicator within Six months of Conditional Accreditation, else, Conditional Accreditation may be withdrawn.

6. Infrastructure Norms
Seat Allocation / Training Capacity shall be automatically decided in proportation to available Infrastructure
10 sq ft per student area is required for Classroom & Labs
Useable Area of 3000 sq. ft. is Recommended/Preferred
Infrastructure (Classrooms & Labs) must be as per guidelines of SSC
Content must be available & aligned to NSQF for approved job roles
TC must have Placement & Entrepreneurship Cell
* Aadhar based Biometric System must be installed
* Trainers must be certified as per process
* Conditional Approval May be granted

11. Assessment
No Assessment Fee is to be charged from Student for 1st Attempt
(Any Attempt after that will attract Assessment Fee as defined in SOP)
Average Duration of Course is 150 Hrs to 300 Hrs
TCs will be 1% of the Training Cost for every single day delay in assessment
PMKVY Certificates now will have Grades mentioned (A,B,C) based on scoring

18. Incentive to Students
Conveyance Support ranging from will be given to all women candidates in their bank accounts after certification
Residential Allowance ranging between Rs per day will be given to Resident of North East, J&K, LWE Areas & PWD Candidates undertaking residential course if trained out of their area after certification
Placement Support ranging from 1450 per month will be given to special groups only if placed on wage rate

19. Steps Raising Self-Assessment Request

20. Centre Prerequisite - Accreditation & Affiliation
Training Centre (TC) needs to Online fill Centre Accreditation Application Form (CAAF) for all the Job Roles seeking Affiliation through Link (To be provided soon)
TC would be able to upload geo-tagged/time stamped Data & Pictures
TC must be ready with all the relevant documents (Name of TC, Building Plan, PAN Card, Rent/Lease Deed/Ownership, Society/Trust/Firm/Partnership Deed/Propritership Documents, Resume of Trainers, Qualification Certificates of Trainers)
Pictures of Centre – Front View, Side View, Approach Road, Reception, Counseling, Placement Cell, Office, Library, Pantry, Classrooms, Labs, Washrooms, Equipments, Tools, Machinery
TC needs to mark numbering on each Tool/Equipment/Machinery pertaining to each Job Role starting from 1 to N. Numbering must be clearly visible on the Pictures to be uploaded on CAAF
