Our sun is 1.67 times warmer on its surface than Betelgeuse

Orion’s name dates back to Greek mythology. He was killed by a giant scorpion and Orion and the scorpion was raised by the gods into the sky.

Betelgeuse was born in a nebula and will die in a supernova and become either a black hole or a neutron star.
Currently, Betelgeuse is in its super giant stage and will eventually become a supernova.
