3 Introduction As of the November 2017 release it is possible to both view and publish MARC records as BIBFRAME records. The Bibliographic Framework (BIBFRAME) Initiative is a Library of Congress project for defining a bibliographic data model. For more information on BIBFRAME, see the Ex Libris Developers Network and the Library of Congress Bibliographic Framework Initiative.
