2 Testimonials- The Scholars Academy Impact
"Scholars Academy was a great experience where I not only challenged myself academically but also where I developed strong friendships with wonderful people. I was really able to explore numerous academic fields due to the CCU courses and the AP curriculum.” -Jamie, Scholars Academy/Carolina Forest High Class of 2016, Duke University Class of 2020 “Becoming a Scholars student is one of the greatest choices I’ve made. Attending SA gives me opportunities to learn at an accelerated pace while also providing me with the tools for my future goals. Being a student here also allows me to cooperate and socialize with students like me. I feel like SA not only helps my educational growth, but also prepares me for future interactions with others.” -Hudson, Scholars Academy/St. James High Class of 2020 “Scholars has become my second home--a place where I know I am surrounded by like-minded people who genuinely care about me and my success. This program has not only taught me how to survive in an academically rigorous environment, but also how to excel in one.” -Jacob, Scholars Academy/Conway High Class of 2015/Clemson University 2019 “Scholars has been a great experience for me. It has challenged me in ways I needed to be challenged. Even more than that, however, Scholars has made me happy. I love the environment and my classmates, and I look forward to going to school each day.” -Patrick, Scholars Academy/Myrtle Beach High Class of 2018 “Being at Scholars has improved me in so many ways. I have learned to balance and enjoy my time as an athlete and student. I have grown with other students who are involved and prioritize the same things as I do. Scholars has both stretched me and sharpened me.” - Clay, Scholars Academy/Loris High Class of 2017
