7 Product Architecture Wheel - Definitions
Asset Grouping Overview / Definition Digital Maturity Model Digital Maturity asks how the organization is doing when it comes to digital, where they are trying to get, or where they are in relation to their competitors. The DMM gives companies a tool to analyze their existing digital capabilities, determine the likely future needs of their digital environment and identify areas for potential improvement Open APIs This Framework contains the technical assets for integrating applications or services as part of a support and automation system or OSS, as well as the assets for exposing capabilities to partner organisations. It is recognised that internal integration and external expose are essentially the same in future business models. It includes several generations of APIs as well as the reference architectures and models needed to use the APIs, including large scale architectures such as DPRA. Agile OSS Toolkit & Cat. This solution enables an enterprise to design and specify an IT system which supports Agile operations. It includes standards, references and best practices for creating systems that embody the key principles required for a system that can rapidly adapt to supporting new services, rapidly interwork with new partners, and rapidly onboard new components, such as model driven orchestration, and policy driven automation. It also enables the adoption of latest IT architecture principles such as microservices. Core Frameworks including DST This framework contains a common language and set of standard definitions for a key support system functionality, and the linkages from that functionality to the related process and information elements. The Frameworks contains two views: The application view of the framework is optimised for use with statically integrated software applications while the functional view is optimised for use with dynamically integrated service oriented platform architectures. The core functions and linkage to information elements and processes is common to both views. Ecosystem Partnering Toolkit & Cat. This solution enables enterprises to effectively partner as part of a digital ecosystem rapidly forming standards based technical and business interfaces. Standard technical interfaces and business agreements allow effective partnerships to be created quickly and at much lower cost while ensuring that all elements of the relationship have been considered. Data Analytics Toolkit & Cat. This solution enables enterprises to make use of analytics to inform decision making and ultimately drive automation within the business Agile Operations Toolkit & Cat. This solution is targeted at enterprises transforming their operations and processes to enable them both to adapt to changes such as new service launches, or working with new engaged parties more quickly and at lower cost. Also included are the changes required to operate virtualized (network) infrastructure resources as well as physical infrastructure. Operations in this context covers the entire ownership lifecycle from acquisition, through use and maintenance to disposal. The solution also enables to adoption of latest operational techniques such as continuous integration and devops. Security, Privacy, Trust Toolkit & Cat. These best practices allow enterprises to ensure that their processes and systems comply not only with relevant legislation but also meet the standards expected to be able to gain the trust of customers and other engaged parties, and prevent brand damage. Customer Experience Toolkit & Cat. This solution enables digital service providers to transform their businesses to increase their focus on delivering good customer experience. The toolkit aids both in examining every business process to ensure it is optimised to deliver the best customer experience, and the objective measurement of customer experience and bringing this information into all decision making processes with a goal of improving the delivered customer experience. 12 CEM - Workstream 1: Journey of Things
Ref # Deliverable short name Deliverable type/number RAG Audience Intended use Plan for 1st 90 days Plan for end of cycle Sponsor / consumer support Status 1.1 Journey of Things  As smart devices experience services which in turn affect the human experience, this workstream aims to understand and define what the experience journey of smart devices entails - Digital Service enablers, vendors Design products and services which create unique value propositions from a customer's perspective Define ambit of smart devices and experience journey types Define smart device journeys DSPs  will need to put a customer-experience lens to their offerings as IoE value fabrics grow in complexity in order to provide simple, intuitive and trustworthy experience. To do this they need to define complex journeys & personae Vendors can provide platforms and integrations to make these possible. Ericsson, Netcracker, Huawei, DSPs

13 CEM - Workstream 2: Omni Channel in IoT context
Ref # Deliverable short name Deliverable type/number RAG Audience Intended use Plan for 1st 90 days Plan for end of cycle Sponsor / consumer support Status 2.1 Omni channel in IoE context Since companies are no longer providing products and services in a stand-alone mode, omni channel takes on a new context in a multi-party scenario where trust also plays a vital role - Digital Service enablers, vendors Define Omni channel in IoE context and add value in trust and privacy dimensions Scope of trust, privacy and omni channel definition on IoE context Define trust, privacy and omni channelization in IoE context DSPs and vendors need to develop & prioritize omni channel use cases in a IOE ecosystem since customer experience across channels will look and feel different than in a single-provider scenario Huawei, System Integrators, Subex

14 CEM - Workstream 3: CEM Use cases IoT context
Ref # Deliverable short name Deliverable type/number RAG Audience Intended use Plan for 1st 90 days Plan for end of cycle Sponsor / consumer support Status 3.1 CEM Use cases for IoE Current library of use cases will be examined and appropriate ones extended to IOT context - Digital Service enablers, vendors Practical check-list of use case in the IoT value fabric Identify candidate use cases Extend identified use cases to IoT Library of CEM use cases updated to include impact of multi-party ecosystems. Indra Systems, Huawei, System Integrators 3.2 Use cases for Customer Experience Integrator Customer Experience Integrator will be enhanced to add IoT use case Practical check-list of areas to apply high-value customer experience Define scope and approach Define Integrator scenarios which can be used by providers and vendors There is opportunity for monetization opportunity for CSPs to act as experience integrators within the fabric of a range of related products/services. While the general principles ave been developed, specific use cases in  B2B2X context will be created in this workstream. Netcracker, Nokia, DSPs

15 Data Analytics - Workstream 1: Analytics Big Data Repository
Ref # Deliverable short name Deliverable type/number RAG Audience Intended use Plan for 1st 90 days Plan for end of cycle Sponsor / consumer support Status 1.1 ABDR Create a data dictionary aligned with SID covering all OSS/BSS systems CSPs Single source of truth to manage data Develop and model 2-3 new entities Develop and model 5-6 new entities Amdocs, SAP, Orange, Verizon. Huawei. These companies see value in creating a single source of data truth overriding all data duplications in a big data context

16 Data Analytics - Workstream 2: Fraud Analytics
Ref # Deliverable short name Deliverable type/number RAG Audience Intended use Plan for 1st 90 days Plan for end of cycle Sponsor / consumer support Status 2.1 Fraud Analytics  Find gaps in current analytics practices in common fraud scenarios and identify means to fill those gpas CSPs, vendors Improve fraud prevention pro actively rather than rely on fraud detection Complete gap analysis and prescriptions for 2-3 fraud scenarios Complete gap analysis and prescriptions for 7-8 fraud scenarios SAS, WeDo Technologies, Subex, NCell, Verizon, system integrators. While fraud scenarios have been well documented, there are gaps in how they are managed; analytics to fill these gaps is important to taking fraud management to the next level

17 Data Analytics - Workstream 3: Core Work for other projects
Ref # Deliverable short name Deliverable type/number RAG Audience Intended use Plan for 1st 90 days Plan for end of cycle Sponsor / consumer support Status 3.1 Data Analytics for Trust, S&P,  Current trust is vital to revenue management, security & privacy. Data analytics will play a critical part in this Digital Service enablers, vendors Guide on data management and data analytics for Trust identify scope and approach DSPs will need analytics as the backbone of any Trust initiatives as they integrate in the value-fabric of multi-party solutions
