Single Platform – The path to a Single Source of Truth. Good Afternoon Everyone, my name is Jerome Barrientos and it is an absolute pleasure to be here this Afternoon. KinCare is one of Australia’s Largest Privately owned In Home Health Care organisation that has presence across all states and the ACT. As an organisation, we keep elderly Australians living at happier at home for as long as possible. Today I am excited to share with you the KinCare story and our journey towards the Single Platform for our core system on Salesforce. I will go through the path we have taken, the reasons and more importantly I will delve in some detail about what we have built and finally I will highlight some of the key benefits and our largest challenge. Describe this in detail Essentially this is the core of KinCare’s business with the rest of the items that support these stored and managed within Salesforce. Key Integration for Payroll Finance

In this diagram our Business Platform is SF. (Describe) On the left – App Exchange Product – Describe And in the middle is our core function – CRM, Service, HR, Future Finance Describe) We serve this information through the various Website / Mobile and Portal…… Importantly we connect Socially using the Markeitng Cloud – providing us the ability to define the digital journey of the customer. On the righ hand side, we have significantly built integration with some of these vendors. I’ll have a slide with greater detail about this. One area I wanted to particularly touch on is the Service Portion, where we undertake the care coordination activities…… Business Platform Approvals / Workflow SFDC Objects Activity Management Chatter / Collaboration Security Reports & Dashboards Mobility Integration / API / Calendar

I mentioned Earlier the Integration points……Some of these may be a bit difficult to read…but I wanted to convey the essence and the power of this platform to allow us to be able to integrate with so many other products, vendors, companies, and government agencies. The power of the API facility in Salesforce is large.
