Our team will also consider re-build times, delays, inflation and heritage considerations. Point 3 – Risk Surveys Our team conducts on-site risk surveys. This service involves a pre-survey interview and a physical site inspection to help identify the risks to your clients organisation. After this a detailed report is provided with relevant information designed to help manage your clients risks. When requested, our surveys can also include a sum insured assessment of all insured buildings on site. This helps to avoid your client being over or under insured. Point 4 – Desktop valuations Using information and plans on the characteristics of a site we can use our extensive knowledge to assess property replacement values.
