3. Hospitalization Benefits
This will attract a fixed amount of GHC and will be payable from day one (1) to the Policyholder after a minimum period of three (3) days stay in hospital.

4. Hospitalization Benefits
No benefits will be payable if the Policyholder is hospitalized for a period less than three (3) days.

5. Hospitalization Benefits
However, once the minimum of three (3) days has been exceeded benefit payments will commence from day one. Hospitalization benefits will be limited to a maximum period of thirty (30) days per calendar year.

6. Burial Cover for Parents
The age limit of each biological parent at entry is and the sum assured is GHs 2, at all levels. There will be a six-month waiting period after which benefits will be paid.

7. Burial Cover for Parents
There is a waiver of premium on burial cover should the Policyholder die before the end of the Policy term.

8. Cash Bonus
It is a purely investment portfolio attached to the life benefit, a structured and disciplined way to save, at a good return. The minimum premium is GHC10 and the maximum premium is GHC50. The Policyholder can withdraw from the Policy after the 1st year and maximum allowable withdrawal amount is 50% of the fund.

9. Cash Bonus
Full withdrawal can be made after three (3) years and when this occurs, premium payments into the fund can continue. The Policyholder has the option to stop the contribution into the fund after such full withdrawals.

10. Cash Bonus
While the Policyholder bears all the investment risks with no guarantee on returns, Enterprise Life will ensure the Policyholder's total net premium for cash bonus is preserved.
