1.       In Austria, are Cadastre and Land Registry different Institutions?. In which ministries are they integrated?. Landbook = Ministry of Justice Cadastre = Ministry of Economy (Federal Agency of Metrology and Surveying)
2.       For the purpose of Land Registration,  is it a requirement that the Property is Graphically Depicted?. Not only depicted – Properties have to be surveyed (Parcels)

3.       Who is in charge of supplying the Graphical Information, the Cadastre, the Land Registry, other…?. The Cadastre – Federal Agency of Metrology and Surveying
4.       When a modification on a registered property is conducted -segregation, subdivision, etc- is it required that such modification is recorded at the Cadastre prior to the entry at the Land  Registry ? Yes – this is mandatory!
