Role-play, and then debrief with the following questions: What is the role/function of each of the rooms? How does the team in each room undertake its work? What is the nature of the interrelationship between the various rooms? How can the work of each of the rooms be enhanced?

3.5.2 ESR legal & non-legal framework agreement with state institutions Each group must work on an accountability mechanism for one of the following stakeholders by focusing on the main reasons: Group 1 Group 3 Group 3 Group 4 Develop a framework agreement between CSO and Political parties indicating the need to respect a set of Code of Conduct for political parties. Design an MOU with an EMB to accept an ESR initiative as a two-way feedback mechanism to support the electoral process. Develop a Professional Code for media reporting during election. Develop a Term of Reference for collaboration and indicating the expected role of the security service for an ESR and an upcoming electoral event.
