3. Access allows you to add navigation buttons. Navigation Buttons allows the user to move between records and make the form more user friendly.

6. What button do you click to add navigation buttons? To add the navigation buttons, we will need to use the Command button located in the toolbar. Click on the command button. The mouse will turn into a box. Simply move your mouse down to the bottom of the form where you would like your button to be placed. Click to add the button.
