7 Acquisition and merger
Acquisition or mergers can take many forms. The set up process is primarily a legal process with partners coming together under a merger or acquisition, having sought legal advice on the setting up of the new business arrangements. The lead organisation and partners need to consider the benefits to the business of going down this route.
