Objective
Gain awareness of the Charmed Memories® line of jewelry with a Facebook and Twitter Sweepstakes with Blogger Challenge overlay
Mechanics:
To enter the weekly and Grand Prize drawing via Facebook, the consumer had to “Like” Kay, register and upload between two and four photos of their family. Entrants could create a scrapbook page and enter once a day.
To earn additional entries, they could refer-a-friend.
To enter via Twitter for the separate weekly Twitter drawings, the entrant had to Tweet a message with the hashtag #KayLovesFamily along with a family photo.
In addition, family-focused bloggers were selected by Kay to share the promotion with their readers and encourage them to participate.
All bloggers received a gift for participating and the blogger who had the most referrals won the Blogger Grand Prize.
Prizes: Facebook GP (1): A family vacation to winner’s choice: 1. Orlando, FL theme parks, 2. Aspen, CO ski trip, 3. Caribbean Cruise. Weekly Prizes (10): diamond “Mom” necklace, (10) round diamond necklace, (10) Bulova women’s diamond watch, (10) Charmed Memories starter bracelet. Twitter Prizes: (1) A Sponsor-selected jewelry prize. Blogger GP: A blog post written by Jane Seymour with photos of her and family to be used by the blogger on blog. .
