1. My memories of Poland
From Sunday to Friday

2. Sunday
We arrived at the airport, and the polish students and their families picked us up. The drive to the house of Sabina was about an hour.
When we arrived at her home I met her mother and her sister, and I ate this kind of pancake with apple ( it's called: naleśnik z jabłkiem), after that we were too tired to do something else, so we went to bed.

3. Monday
I had to get up at 6:30, and we had breakfast at 6:45. We went to school at 7:20 because at 8:00 there were performances, which included: a speech of the headmaster, singing, a play about ''The Great Gatsby'', more singing and a dance performance. It was really fun to watch, and they were really talented.
After the performances we had to work on wikispaces, and after that we had lunch in the school canteen. After lunch we went to the old town, and we had to walk a treasure hunt. It was really interesting, but it was raining a lot so that was too bad. After this we went home, and I ate goulash with "kasza gryczana" (it's a buckwheat). At 18:00 we went to the bowling, and we had some pizza, and we played some air-hockey, it was a lot of fun.

4. Tuesday part 1
Tuesday: I had to get up at 6:30 again, and we had breakfast and went to school at 7:30. At school we had to follow the first lesson, so I went to Polish lesson. It was very weird and interesting, because I didn't understand any of it.
After that we had a trip around Warsaw, it was sunny and it wasn't raining so that was really nice. We had a historical tour around the town, and we went to the ''Royal Castle'' and to the ''Staszic's Palace''. After the lunch at the ''Staszic's Palace'' we visited the national Stadium in Warsaw. I have never seen the places were the media stays, and were the important people stay, so it was pretty cool

5. Tuesday part 2
After we visited the national stadium we went home, and at home I made bracelets with Sabina and with her sister. For dinner we had dumplings with meat and the ones called "ruskie" (with white cheese, onion and few more things in them), it is typical Polish food, and I really liked the one with the meat in it.
After dinner we went to the cinema with everybody, to the oscar winning movie ''Ida'', it was very interesting, and I really liked it. After we got home from the cinema we went straight to bed, because we were really tired.

6. Wednesday part 1
Wednesday: I had to get up at 6:30 again, and after we had breakfast we went to school at 7:30. We had to follow the first lesson again, so I had to go the mathematics with Sabina. At first I thought: ''Oh we have the same things'', but then I found out that we totally didn't. After the first lesson we went to visit the ''Town Hall'', and we met de mayor. He gave us information about what he does, and about Poland and Warsaw.
After this we went to the ''Copernicus Centre'', which was very interesting, because there were a lot of cool experiments and other things like: an earthquake simulator, a robot who draws a picture of you. After a few hours we had lunch at the ''Copernicus Centre''.

7. Wednesday part 2
We went home after this. At home we ate these kind of potato pancakes. At 18:30 we went to Złote Tarasy with Ester and Ola, we visited a few shops, and we ate mexican food (quesadilla’s with nacho's and guacamole), after that we visited some more shops and at last we visited the chocolate shop. We went back home around 22:00, and we went straight to bed.

8. Thursday
Like the other days I had to get up at 6:00, and after breakfast we went to school. We had to work on wikispaces again. After that we had a volleyball match, the students of our school mixed with the student of their school ( not with our exchange students). It was a lot of fun, and the winners got a price. At lunch at school we talked with the students and we got to now them better. This was our last day so we said goodbye to the teachers and went home.
We went to a shopping- centre with a few people, and we had dinner at a restaurant. We also went a little shopping and at the end we got some ice-cream. It was a lot of fun and exhausting, so when we got home we went straight to bed.

9. We had to wake up very early, because we had to be at the airport at 7
We had to wake up very early, because we had to be at the airport at After we arrived at the airport, we had to say goodbye to our exchange students, we really miss them. After we said goodbye we went to check in, after that we had to wait. We found out there was a delay. At the end we had to wait about 8 hours before we could go home, but we had a lot of fun at the airport with music and taking pictures, so it wasn’t so bad.
