1. Android unknown sources problem caused installation failure

17. Unknown Sources Problem
Unknown Sources Android
Download and install the app not belong to the cellephone official App store , which requires this permission to be opened.
Open method：Setting---Security---Unknown Sources--allow installation of applation from both trusted and unknown resources

This problem only existed when user first time install the unknown and untrusted apps than Pop-up the warning message , if you already allowed this , please ignore this step.

19. The MOA is still not available after download and installation again
