Requires you to answer the preset Security Questions
Live Chat Method
Note: the ‘CHAT LIVE’ feature is only available Monday through Friday from 8AM to 8PM Eastern Time (USA) or 1PM thru 1AM GMT
Company Administrator Method
Ask your Company Administrator to reset your password for you. They have the authority.
Note: If you do not have your Sales Account Manager’s contact information please your Carrier Relations Manager noted as a billing contact on your invoice/statement.

2. How to Reset your GHIA AT&T BusinessDirect® User ID Password
Password Security Requirements / Restrictions
Must be 8-16 characters
Must include at least 2 alpha characters(a-z, A-Z)
Must include at least 2 numeric characters (0-9)
Special characters can be used but are not required
Cannot contain your first or last name, in normal sequence or in reverse sequence
Cannot be the same as or include your User Login ID

3. Security Question Method – Password Reset
Go to
Click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link

Enter your ID & the address associated with the ID and click ‘|CONTINUE |>|’

Answer the Security Questions & Click ‘|CONTINUE |>|’

6. Security Question Method – Password Reset
Enter a New Password & Confirm the New Password and click ‘|CONTINUE |>|’

7. Security Question Method – Password Reset
You will receive an confirming your password reset.
An will also be sent to your Company Administrator notifying them that a password change was made to one to their employee’s IDs.
Click ‘|CONTINUE |>|’ You will be taken back to the Home page. Logon with your new password.
