Temporary : the project has an end date.
Unique : the project's result is different from the results of other functions of the organization

The total duration of the project as planed in this case study is 242 calendar days(208 working days).

21. Justification of delay
Problem one
In excavation work: they found that a rock layer below the clay one and they had to extend the time to excavate the rocks layers
Problem two
variation order:
for the boundary wall and preparing the asphalt work for the external yard

22. Weather Risks
25working days (30 calendar days) added to the end of project depending on rainy days and the beginning and finishing of the activities affected by rainfall.

cost control of this project made By using (S-Curve).
For this project the S-Curve is done by plotting cumulative cost with time as shown.
