2. The Electoral Process
Each state chooses electors who are responsible for casting a vote to tell Congress who their state chooses to be the president.
Each state’s electors are equal to the number of Representatives & Senators.
This process elects the President by state, not individual.

22nd Amendment – 2 terms
If a Vice President takes over with 2 or fewer years left in the presidency, then he can be re- elected to 2 more terms.
So what is the longest time a president can actually serve?
