Mobility was a key reqirement when Bridgestone looked for a solution to harmonize sales processes across 20 countries in six European regions. Today, Bridgestone equips its tire dealers, area sales managers, and field engineers with Resco Mobile CRM and has 700 field workers who now rely on anytime, anywhere mobile access to Dynamics CRM data from any Windows mobile device.
