SOLUTION
Choosing Microsoft Azure allowed HarmonyPSA to overcome its scalability challenges while keeping support and maintenance overhead to a minimum. When a customer enrolls, HarmonyPSA auto- provisions a new Azure server in their geographic region with the application pre-installed. If customers opt for a trial, Azure allows HarmonyPSA to spool up and decommission new VMs for those customers with very little effort and cost. As customers grow and usage increases, Azure can easily scale up the resources available to the VM.
BENEFITS
Azure can scale resources and therefore cost on a customer-by-customer basis, minimizing expenses.
On Azure, each customer’s data can be held independently, so the risk of a global outage is minimized.
